UAE is definetly the most desirable destination for foreigners in the Middle East . In Recent times, Dubai has witness a tremendous influx of global companies investing in them and international workers moving there to work. Although starting or investing in a business there is a good idea, however, being aware of their culture is very important. Doing business there might be difficult because of the corporate policies and standards. Their cultural norms are based under the  Islamic law, also known as ( sharia law) affect everything from when and how business is conducted .      For example, the Islam religion is the official religion in the UAE, and it’s a big aspect of the way of life in Dubai. Understanding the Islam religion is the central to understanding the culture in and to conducting business in Dubai. Disrespecting Islam is a profound and punishable offense. Islam’s faith emphasizes things like generosity, modesty and respect. A person’s honor here is supreme, and their business discussions rarely result in a direct “no” accommodates the cultural desire to save face.
